Summer learning journey. Week 1-5
Floating around the atmousfar1000 ft below the moon coming down and landed suddenly my feet land on the hard rocky ground "one small step for a man... one giant leap for mankind" my stomach hurts and I hold my breath hoping nothing bad was going to end in death or injury the gravity is very low I hop around like a bunny dogging a bullet as it tries to hop out of the way. the rocks that I throw up from my feet slowly float up to my head as I stick a flag in the moon I take one more look at the giant mentor.

Hi Mark
ReplyDeleteThis is a great piece of writing. I really enjoyed reading it. This activity was meant to be a poem but I talked with Matilda and we like what you have written.
I like the way that you describe your feelings when you leave the space craft and take your leap out onto the moon.
I can only imagine just how scary and nervous you would be doing this. There would be really big butterflies in your stomach!
It would be so strange watching the rocks just floating around in front of you! Quite bizarre!
I hope that your holidays are going well and that you have doing some fun things. We are really enjoying reading your blog.
Keep up the great work and we look forward to what you do next!
Until next time
Allie :)
Hey!
ReplyDeleteIt’s Matilda from the SLJ! You made such a good start to the Summer Learning Journey but I haven’t seen any posts from you in a while! It would be really cool to see you come back and do a few more activities! Remember you don’t have to do the activities in order! You can have a look through them all and decide which ones you like the look of!

I’m hoping to see some posts from you soon!
